Conti Café is an all-day neighborhood café where specialty coffee, fresh pastries, seasonal cooking, and genuine hospitality come together. From breakfast through aperitivo, our goal is simple: to create a place that guests enjoy returning to, whether for a quick espresso, a leisurely brunch, or an evening with friends.

We’re looking for a Server who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a genuine passion for hospitality, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service. You’ll become part of a close-knit team where quality, consistency, and collaboration are valued every day.

the role

No two days are quite the same. You’ll welcome guests, guide them through the menu, prepare and serve coffee and beverages, deliver food with care, and help create a warm, seamless experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Whether it’s remembering a regular’s favorite coffee, recommending a seasonal special, or simply anticipating what a guest needs next, you’ll play an important role in shaping the experience at Conti Café.

what you’ll do

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service throughout the day.
• Serve food, coffee, wine, cocktails, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Learn our menus and confidently make recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain the dining room before, during, and after service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure a smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the café.

what we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for hospitality.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm and organized during busy services.
• Previous experience in hospitality is appreciated but not essential.
• An interest in specialty coffee, food, and wine is a plus.
