Conti Café is an all-day neighborhood café where specialty coffee, fresh pastries, seasonal cooking, and genuine hospitality come together. Every dish we serve is prepared with care, using quality ingredients and a thoughtful approach to simple, honest food.

We’re looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and values consistency, organization, and attention to detail. Whether preparing breakfast, brunch, lunch, or aperitivo, you’ll play an important role in delivering the quality our guests return for.

the role

Working alongside our kitchen team, you’ll help prepare and execute our daily menu while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. From mise en place to service, you’ll contribute to a kitchen where teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement are part of every shift.

what you’ll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
• Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen organization.
• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while following established recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
• Support inventory organization and proper food storage.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
